This policy explains how Veloura Home ("we", "us") handles information on this website and in our internal publishing tool, PinPilot, which connects to Pinterest.

1. Information we collect

• Website visitors: we do not use advertising cookies or trackers. Our host (Cloudflare) may process standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security.
• Contact: if you email us, we keep your message and email address to reply.
• Pinterest data (PinPilot): when an authorized Veloura Home team member connects a Pinterest account, we receive an access token and the account's basic profile, boards, Pins and analytics, only within the permissions (scopes) granted.

2. How we use Pinterest data

We use Pinterest data only to manage Veloura Home's own Pinterest account: listing boards, creating and scheduling Pins after human approval, and viewing performance analytics. We do not sell, rent or share Pinterest data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

3. Storage and security

Access tokens are stored encrypted on our private server and are never exposed in the browser. Access to PinPilot is limited to authorized team members.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep Pinterest data only while the account is connected. Disconnecting the account in PinPilot, or revoking access in Pinterest settings (Settings → Security → Apps), deletes stored tokens; cached data is removed within 30 days. You can request deletion at any time by email.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, including under GDPR and KVKK (Turkey), by contacting us.
